For some players, the waypoint for "Upload Samples to Angel" may not correctly navigate the player to the kiosk on one of the sublevels. It should show the elevation so the player understands they are in the correct location but just needs to look at a lower level, but does not.  To find the waypoint, you will have to navigate downwards to one of the sublevels.
