[XBOX ONE] NBA 2K15 Initial Installation Issue

We have become aware of a very infrequent issue affecting the Xbox One version of NBA 2K15 in the following territories: Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany and Switzerland. The issue will affect the players’ ability to install the game, with the installation process stopping at 4% and not progressing any more.  You might also see a visible brown discolouration on the reverse side of the disc.

If you do experience this issue and your game does not install, please first attempt to exchange the game at the original point of purchase. Most retailers allow a straight exchange due to defective product, and this is the fastest way to get a replacement.

We will also need you to mail your faulty NBA 2K15 Xbox One disc to one of our European offices.  Choose the closest office to you and mail in your faulty disc along with your name and mailing address so that we can match your email to your disc and send you a replacement.
