Trouble Resetting My2K Password Via Mobile Device

We are aware of an issue where, after requesting to reset your my2K password, mobile users are unable to load the link they receive via email.

At the moment, the team is working to address this and we will update the article when we have more information to share. 

However, the link will still work if you load the link via a desktop system. For the time being, please use your computer to load the link.
