We've just released a new patch for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel on PS3, 360, and PC. 

This patch will prepare Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel for upcoming SHiFT community events. In addition, this the patch includes the following fixes:

All Platforms:

  • Capped the maximum number of reflected bullets that can be active at any one time.
  • Fixed the pink items not working in the UI.
  • Fixed showing DLC mission names on LAN "Find Games" lobby screen.
  • Fixed all non-glowing skins.
  • Fixed Baroness skill Custom Loads sometimes applying a one-damage status effect
  • Additional Offset now applied when AI are looking at a first-person player target.
  • Patched Deck 13.5 from losing the HUD when pausing in the Digistruct.
  • Fixed up character customizations unlocking for DLC characters
  • Patched scripts for 5H4D0W-TP's health bar persisting after its death.
  • Reset Eghoods spawners to make him runnable without quit/reload.
  • Fixed an issue where the Denial Subroutine was only runnable after the user quits and reloads, and has no special loot
  • Fixed Eclipse boss failing to grant XP and Second Wind
  • Fixed progression blocker for fireworks mission in Claptastic Voyage
  • Reset the button highlights on main menu friends list so that highlight is not stuck when a player leaves
  • Added Grinder recipes for new weapon items found in Claptastic Voyage
  • Added missing Claptastic Voyage skin to lootbug
  • Grinder UI gets the firing gun graphics and animations back
  • Fixed sequence for the teleport fx on Deck 13 & replication to the client.
  • Fixed players in an active contract not being able to duel
  • Fixed blocker in Trouble With Space Hurps when Cryogenic Exhaust Manifold skill is trained
  • Fixed remote and split screen clients not getting loyalty bonuses.
  • Fixed the button prompt to inspect a user not being present when playing with the Nuked controller preset in game.
  • Disabled expensive particle effects on the drill in Claptastic Voyage boss encounter
  • Fixed enemies to always be shown on the minimap in the Holodome arena
  • Fixed player source line not playing when picking up H-Source.
  • Hardcoded micropatches to fix SHiFT mission rewards being the same on playthroughs 2 and 3.
  • Patched content for three level loaded events so they trigger at the correct point in the quest. Added two new level loaded events which then stop ShadowTraps talk function being disabled
  • Fixed black sphere appearing on Deck 13 1/2 when in TURN IN state for Enter the Claptrap.
  • Fixed Playthrough 1 in Claptastic Voyage introduction cutscene briefly playing footage from the Playthrough 2 version for clients.
  • Increased damage particle size when hitting EOS.
  • Fixed bug where clients did not have access to the SHiFT shop.
  • Fixed problem with SHiFT mission failing by adding a variable to track expiration time.
  • Hardcoded micropatches to set the influence time of barrels to match the duration of their status effect.
  • Hardcoded micropatch to fix Explosion_LaserIce damage type definition dealing shock damage instead of ice damage.
  • SHiFT vending machine now notifies host when gamble item of the day is bought out so all players in a game will see it bought out instantly.
  • Changed time remaining format to 2 digits for minutes and seconds
  • Fixed MINAC's doors not opening again after level transition.
  • Fixed Dahl chests disappearing/re-appearing in Triton Flats.
  • Fixed Character customizations not unlocking for DLC characters after patch
  • Fixed missing laser beams when scattering due to ricochet.
  • Reset Nel's population den as well as the encounter that causes him to agro
  • Client players that are not connected to SHiFT or opted out of SHiFT events will no longer be able to accept or turn in SHiFT missions.
  • Fixed multiplayer timeout prevention code so it handles all timeout scenarios.
  • Added fix-up code to set the number of backpack and bank slots unlocked based on the number of related black market upgrades purchased.
  • No longer create particle systems when firing directly against surfaces.
  • Fixed an issue where the achievement "Moon Mission Meister" did not unlock for clients under certain conditions
  • Claptastic Voyage: File Search: Fixed blocker occurring when killing the last wave of enemies immediately after Jailbreaker dies
  • Opha Superior runnable fix.
  • Prevent SHiFT mission items from appearing on remote clients whose mission data does not match the host's mission data.
  • Clients with mismatched SHiFT mission data will no longer be able to accept, turn in, participate in, or see SHiFT mission details.
  • Fixed a Challenge that should have required 4 symbols, not 1
  • Fixed jump pad replication issues for clients in Claptastic Voyage.
  • Fixed the objective "Open Door" that would uncheck and eventually cause a Progression Blocker when the user runs to Regolith Range after Opening the canister door in Serenity's Waste.
  • Fixed The user's side mission progression becoming blocked when the user collects a data file, leaves the map, and returns for the others during Chip's Data Mining Adventurer in Cluster 00992 P4NDOR4.
  • Fixed Grinder becoming non-functional and unusable when attempting to access it immediately after closing it throughout the title.
  • Hardcoded micropatch to fix inability to turn in SHiFT missions.
  • Fixed progression blocker when player jumps into the recycling bin after pulling lever during "You Can Stop The Music" in The Nexus
  • Fixed Grinder producing items only up to level 50 in Playthrough 1& 2 which is inconsistent with the Golden Chest
  • Hardcoded micropatch to fix Tony Slows not always spawning in "No such thing as a free lunch"
  • Stop the delay for progressing the mission if the hacker bot dies
  • Stop zombie sounds from eating up audio resources on clients.
  • Fixed EOS legendary loot exploit.
  • Fixed case where when playing as the same character, players are able to spend skill points in their own skill tree when inspecting another player’s skill tree.
  • Updated challenges to include 5 vault symbols instead of 4
  • Fixed kismet sequence to ensure objective gates are closed when Jailbreaker dies.
  • Fixed various blockers in the "Kill Meg" side mission in Helios
  • Made EOS and Eclipse balance changes
  • Fixed cases where The Luck Cannon bonus damage can apply to projectiles from other weapons
  • Added checks to prevent inventory stats from being incremented when withdrawing inventory from the bank or stash.
  • Prevent players whose mission data does not match the host from accepting or turning in SHiFT missions.
  • Gear redeemed or purchased from the SHiFT vending machine will now be the player's level regardless of the playthrough in which they were redeemed.

 PS3:

 

  • Fixed user cancelling upsell simply by letting go X button by intercepting the first release event after dialog opens.
  • Fixed loyalty rewards not being rewarded on select PS3 consoles.
  • Updated Challenge to include 5 instead of 4 Vault Symbols

PC:

  • Various performance improvements
  • Various multiplayer connectivity improvements
  • Fixed visual bug with one-way fast travel stations
  • Glitched (pink) items will now display properly in the UI
  • DLC mission names will now show up on LAN lobby screens
  • Fixed bug so that glowing portions of heads appear correctly with skins
  • The Baroness’ “Custom Loads” skill will no longer erroneously apply a one-damage status effect
  • Fixed Tassitron Engineers arc weld to fire properly at players
  • [Claptastic Voyage] The HUD will no longer disappear when pausing in the on Deck 13 ½
  • Character customizations will now properly unlock for The Doppelganger and The Baroness
  • [Claptastic Voygage] 5H4D0W-TP’s health bar will no longer linger after its death
  • Eghood is now on a respawn timer and is runnable without having to quit/reload
  • [Claptastic Voyage] Denial Subroutine boss fight is now runnable without having to quit/reload and now has special loot
  • [Claptastic Voyage] Killing Eclipse now grants experience and can trigger Second Wind
  • [Claptastic Voyage] Players will no longer get stuck on the “The Psychology of Claptrap” mission
  • Button highlights on the main menu friends list will no longer get stuck after a player leaves
  • [Claptastic Voyage] Added Grinder recipes for Claptastic Voyage items
  • [Claptastic Voyage] Updated Loot bug drop pool
  • Gun graphics and animations added back to the Grinder UI
  • Teleport effects will now display properly on Deck 13
  • Players in an active Baroness contract can now duel
  • Fragtraps with the “Cryogenic Exhaust Manifold” skill can now complete the “Trouble with Space Hurps” mission
  • Remote and split-screen players can now receive loyalty rewards
  • Players using the “Nuked” controller preset can now see the “Inspect” button prompt
  • [Holodome Onslaught] Enemies will now always appear on the minimap in the Holodome arena
  • [Claptastic Voyage] Fixed an issue with 5H4D0W-TP not functioning properly on some missions
  • [Claptastic Voyage] A black sphere will no longer appear when the “Enter the Claptrap” mission is in the “TURN IN” state
  • [Claptastic Voyage] Fixed and issue where the introduction cutscene did not play properly

  • [Claptastic Voyage] Fixed jump pad issues during multiplayer sessions in Claptastic Voyage
  • Fixed the objective "Open Door" that would uncheck and cause players to get stuck when running to Regolith Range after opening the canister door in Serenity's Waste
  • [Claptastic Voyage] Fixed an issue where players would get stuck after leaving the map during the “Chip’s Data Mining Adventurer” mission

  • [Claptastic Voyage] The “Cult of the Vault” challenge in Motherlessboard now includes the proper number of Vault Symbols
  • [Claptastic Voyage] Gates will now close when Jailbreaker dies
  • Players should no longer get stuck during the “Kill Meg” mission
  • The Luck Cannon’s bonus damage will no longer apply to projectiles from other weapons
  • Inventory stats will no longer be incremented when withdrawing inventory from the bank or stash
  • Updated cinematics to high-def versions
