Xbox: Crashing or Freezing When Opening Menus

We're aware of reported issues from some PGA TOUR 2K25 players on Xbox Series S/X when opening menus. We're actively investigating the situation, and are working with our partners on a fix.
Workaround: Hold the console power button for 10 seconds to restart the console, then reboot the game. Then, at the end of future play sessions, we recommend players 'hard quit' the game by pressing the Xbox button on their controller to open the Guide, navigate to PGA TOUR 2K25, press the Menu button (the three lines), and select "Quit" from the options. We appreciate your patience and will share an update as soon as the issue is fully resolved.

We appreciate the patience of our PGA TOUR 2K25 players on Xbox Series X|S as we have worked with Microsoft to resolve reported issues with in-game menus. A fix has been deployed to resolve the majority of reported cases. We'll continue to monitor and investigate any additional issues.
