How do I get a WWE SuperCard QR Code for the Limited Edition content pack featuring John Cena?
This year both digital and physical copies of WWE 2K23 will have an in-game QR code to scan in order to get special goodies in WWE SuperCard, available April 21 through April 26, 2023!

Where can I find the code?
In WWE 2K23 you will see the Latest News section with a QR code tile if you check between April 21 (9 AM PDT) and April 26, 2023 (9 AM PDT).

If I bought a digital version of WWE 2K23 is there any way to get these Limited Edition cards in WWE SuperCard?
Yes. This year is the first time the QR code will not come in physical boxes. Instead, it will be an in-game option to scan for all WWE 2K23 players.
How do I get the content in WWE SuperCard?
Once the QR code appears in WWE 2K23, it is as easy as scanning the digital QR code on the WWE 2K23 tile from inside the WWE SuperCard app. Inside the app you need to go to the Options section, there you will find the QR code function.
Keep in mind, you want to make sure the code is in clear focus and all edges and corners can be seen on screen in the viewfinder, which means you may need to move your phone back or closer until it clearly registers the code. Once the code is being read, it will trigger the opening of the pack and you will get your SuperStar cards for John Cena and more!
Does this code have any effect on WWE 2K23?
It doesn't - this is just for content in WWE SuperCard.
What if my code doesn't work?
If you are having trouble redeeming the code you scanned from the in-game tile before 9 AM Pacific Time on April 26 you can submit a ticket to us by opening WWE SuperCard and navigating to the Support section of the Options menu. Include the following information and we will do our best to look into this matter with you.
- A picture or screenshot of your receipt of purchase along with the Player ID and date again written on it
- A screenshot of your WWE SuperCard Player ID Number
If you are trying to redeem the code after December 31, 2023 it will no longer be live and you can't get the content in WWE SuperCard.
What if my code says I have already used it?
Each WWE SuperCard account can only claim the content from the QR code once. If you have already redeemed the pack, you will not be able to do so again. If you believe you have never claimed the code, do not have the content, and are still getting an error, follow the steps above to contact our Support team.
