For any technical issues, concerns, or bugs you'd like to report, you can do so at any time. While in-game, open your player profile and press the “Support Tickets” button. This will allow you to submit a help ticket which the Support team will try to respond to as quickly as possible.
In the rare case that you can't log in to the game to submit a ticket, please email your request to support@2k.com, though we will require your user ID number to verify your identity, so make sure to have it ready.
