Units can't be selected, Can't select next turn button, Etc

If you're experiencing issues where units can't be selected, the Next Turn button can't be clicked, or other issues related to mouse control, please try the following:

1. Open up your config.ini (My Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization V/)

2. Look for the following line: EnableGameCoreThreading = 1

3. Change it to: EnableGameCoreThreading = 0
