It's possible that your activation email was caught by a spam filter, either in your email application or one run by your internet service provider. If so, you’ll need to add the email address “noreply@irrationalgames.com” to your list of allowed senders. If you are still experiencing problems, click on “Lost Password” at the Industrial Revolution login screen to have a new activation email sent to you.
