[Industrial Revolution] Can I still unlock my rewards if my BioShock Infinite platform isn’t connected to the internet?

You must be able to connect online with your chosen platform in order to access the rewards you’ve unlocked with Industrial Revolution. Specifically, you must be able to connect via Steam on the PC, PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 3, or Xbox LIVE for the Xbox 360 edition.
