Question:
- I am playing NBA 2K14 for PS4 or Xbox One and am not seeing my MyCareer/MyGM files!
- I can see my files in NBA 2K14 but am getting an error. I can't play my file to my expectations!
- My file is stuck and unable to progress!
- I am missing MyTeam Cards that I had yesterday!
Answer:
We have locally confirmed that this is a fix for the above issues of which players have occasionally reported
- Delete NBA 2K14 Application from your PS4/XB1
- Power down your PS4/XB1 completely.
- Disconnected your PS4/XB1 from power
- Plug your PS4/XB1 back into power
- Power up your PS4/XB1
- Re-install NBA 2K14
- Sign into your PSNid/GT
- Load NBA 2K14
- Watch the entire intro Video
- Update all patches for NBA 2K14
NOTE: To delete NBA 2K14 from your PS4 or XB1, please follow the below steps:
PS4:
- Navigate to [Settings]
- Select [System Storage Management]
- Choose [Applications]
- Navigate to [NBA 2K14 or NBA 2K15] whichever you need
- Press the Option button and select Delete
XB1:
- To return to the Home screen, press the Xbox button on the controller, or say "Xbox, go home."
- Select My Games & Apps.
- Highlight the NBA 2K14 app, then press the Menu button.
- Select Uninstall.
- On the next screen, select Uninstall to confirm the deletion.
If you receive an error stating that you are unable to connect to the 2K Sports servers, please re-try the following
- Power down your PS4/XB1 completely.
- Disconnect your PS4/XB1 from power
- Plug your PS4/XB1 back into power
- Power up your PS4/XB1
- Sign into your PSNid
- Load NBA 2K14
