The team is aware of a potential issue on the Xbox One, where the game may crash after a player tries to save their custom Superstar character after creating it.
We are currently investigating this and will update this article when we have more to report.
In the meantime, there is a workaround that seems to work when this issue occurs: Disable your console's internet connection and then enter MyCAREER.
To disable your internet connection, follow these steps:
- On your Xbox home screen, select "Settings".
- On the Settings screen, select "Network".
- On the Network screen, scroll down to the bottom of the first column, where you should see "Disconnect wireless" or "Go offline" (depending on whether you have a wireless or wired connection). Select this option.
- When you want to reconnect to the internet, return to this screen and select "Go online".
