The team is aware of an issue where some players are losing their character progress or having their ranks reset in Evolve.
The dev team is looking into the issue and we will update this article when we have more information to report.
If you want to submit a support request, our support agents will work to help you as quickly as possible. We do not have the ability to manually grant you your progress back (like levels, perks, badges or mastery), we would like to offer to a make good for the inconvenience of your lost progression.
If you unlocked any Hunters or Monsters but found your progress reset, please provide the following:
- A photo of your Xbox Live Gamertag/PSN ID/SteamID on the leaderboard with a locked character who was previously unlocked. (Use the photo below as an example of what this should look like)
- Include the email address for your my2K account and make sure that it's linked to Evolve.
Sometimes it's hard to read the highlighted screen name, so if you can actually select the one below yours and just tell us your Gamertag/PSN ID/SteamID that would be immensely helpful.
NOTE: You *MUST* have created and logged into a my2K account for us to help you with unlocking reset characters.
