We are aware of an issue affecting some PC players, where making a purchase from the in-game store will result in the following response:
"The operation timed out. Please check connection and try again."
Upon further investigation, the team has determined this issue is due to players trying to make the purchase when they have third-party overlay software (such as recording programs) enabled.
In order to avoid this problem, please start Evolve without overlay software enabled/running.
