We've received questions about the fact that in NBA 2K16, when you stream your gameplay, the sound will mute while you're in the game's menus.
This is not a bug: The game is functioning as designed.
That said, if you are unable to get sound to play while streaming during actual gameplay, please submit a support ticket.
