We are aware of a roster sync issue on the XBOX 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles. When a user first gets a roster update, everything works as expected. However, after a reboot of the console, the game downloads the disc roster (not the latest roster) and if the user does NOT go to any online modes, the game does not sync the new roster.
Users that go to any online mode or MyTeam will re-sync the roster and won’t have any problems. Only users that play in any offline mode like Quickgame, start a new Association or MyCareer game mode will not have the new roster after they reboot.
The workaround is simple: Simply go to Online Menu or go to MyTeam menu and the game will sync the newest roster. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
