We are aware of an issue for Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe customers who pre-ordered XCOM 2 on PS4 not automatically receiving the PS4 theme. Customers who pre-ordered XCOM 2 can download the PS4 theme for free from the PlayStation Store by searching for “XCOM 2 Dynamic Pre-Order Theme."
