If you're looking to free up some space on your game platform's hard drive, odds are you've discovered a section taken up by something called "reserved space" that doesn't seem to actually hold any actual data from the game itself. This post will hopefully help you better understand the purpose of reserved space.
Before we go any further, we can't stress this enough: Do not delete a game's reserved space on your hard drive.
Seriously. Don't do it. We mean it.
Reserved space is space on your HD that's been allocated to hold updates and patches. Games like NBA 2K and WWE 2K regularly make use of this feature. If you delete a game's reserved space, the game will re-create it when it launches. When this happens, there's a possibility you might encounter problems (including save game corruption).
So. Once again: Do not delete a game's reserved space on your hard drive.
NOTE: If you have deleted your game's reserved space or hit cancel during the "retrieve file" phase of game installation, we have a POSSIBLE workaround that might help you recover your files. Please remember that if this doesn't work, we do not restore or give VC for missing or deleted files.

- If you are still having issues, there is a possibility that all of your updates didn't apply. Start a Play Now game and wait for the 'Update Required' message to pop up, then install all required updates. (Please note that the update message could take a considerable amount of time to appear.)
