If you’ve been directed here by NBA 2K MyTEAM Mobile, it means you are probably in Developer Mode on your mobile device. While in that state, you won’t be able to access the game, but there are a few easy steps to get you back on the court.

Android Devices

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap “Developer options” – typically this shows up beneath the “About phone” or “About device” menu option
    • On some devices it may be found in Settings > General > Developer options
  • There will be a switch set to “On”  - you can just change that to disable the mode
  • Enter your PIN or password if prompted
  • Re-open NBA 2K MyTEAM Mobile

Additionally, one discovered workaround for Android is turning off USB Debugging. You may need to enable Developer Mode first to disable this. Try following these steps:

  • Enable developer mode > find USB Debugging > Turn off USB Debugging > Disable Developer mode > re-open the game

iOS Devices

  • Go to Settings
  • Select Privacy & Security
  • Scroll down to Developer Mode and tap it to open
  • There will be a switch set to “On” – you can just change that to disable the mode
  • Restart your device to make this change effective
  • Re-open NBA 2K MyTEAM Mobile
