How can I unlink NBA 2K MyTEAM Mobile from my NBA account on my console?
Since you're just logging in from the mobile app, no unlink needs to happen! To switch what console account you are accessing, log out on NBA 2K MyTEAM Mobile and log in to the correct console account. Keep in mind that deleting your mobile account will delete your progress and content on your console account in MyTEAM as well, which means you want to make sure you are signing out and not choosing to delete.
To complete the log out for MyTEAM Mobile 2K24, you want to visit the MyTEAM Mobile Home Menu -> Manage -> Extras -> Account and select Log out on the top right.
To complete the log out for MyTEAM Mobile 2K25 you will visit the MyTEAM Mobile Home Menu -> Options -> Account -> Inside the Account tab select Log out in the top right corner.
At this point, you can sign in to any account you choose and continue progress for that account without losing anything on the original!

We don’t support using the same account on multiple devices simultaneously, so we recommend ensuring your account is active on only one device at a time to avoid any loss of progress.

If you delete your account from the mobile app - not deleting the app itself, but the account deletion using the option inside the app, all content and progress on your mobile and linked console account will be lost in the MyTEAM game mode. 2K Support cannot restore this lost content, so use that delete button with caution and care!
