Some players have had trouble finding Super Cena after unlocking him in the Showcase match.
To make sure that you successfully unlocked Super Cena, please check the rewards in the “Didn’t See That Coming” match in Showcase and make sure Super Cena shows there. Then, play any exhibition or online match and check for Super Cena. You'll find him between Stone Cold Steve Austin and SYXX.
