If you own a copy of NBA 2K24 and now have NBA 2K25 in your video game library, you may be wondering if you can transfer any leftover VC from the former into the latter?
Unfortunately the answer is no, you cannot transfer VC between versions of NBA 2K. That not only includes different console versions of the same game (i.e. PlayStation 4 to Xbox One), but different entries in the NBA 2K series (like NBA 2K24 to NBA 2K25).
The good news is that VC in your wallet is shareable cross-gen in the same console family. For example, if you have NBA 2K25 VC for PS4, your PS5 wallet will have access to it as well, though your Xbox will not.
NOTE: The 100,000 VC for the All-Star or Hall of Fame Edition is only awarded once - since your wallet is shared between the PlayStation 4 and 5 or the Xbox One and X|S you can access it from either platform.
