How to earn and claim your rewards
Step 1: Watch
Log into Twitch and tune in to any Twitch Drops enabled livestream of NBA 2K whenever Drops are active and watch for the amount of time specified in each Drops campaign. You will see a Drops callout at the top of the chat in eligible livestreams that includes information about the Drops campaign and how long you need to watch to earn the reward. The information will also be displayed on https://nba.2k.com/twitch-drops.
Step 2: Claim Your Drops
Check your Twitch Inventory to track your progress. Once you fulfill a Drop's requirement, you will receive a claim notification at the top of the Twitch navigation. Make sure you claim your Drop through Twitch within 24 hours of completing it.
Step 3: Log In
Log in with the same Twitch account you completed the Drop using this link and then return to https://nba.2k.com/twitch-drops to receive your Locker Code for NBA 2K25! Please allow up to 48 hours after claiming your Drop through Twitch for your Locker Code to become available.

Q: Who is eligible to earn NBA 2K rewards through the Twitch Drops program?
A: All players who play NBA 2K25, have created an NBA 2K Account, and have a Twitch account are eligible. If you don't have a Twitch account, you can sign up for one here.
Q: How do I participate in Twitch Drops?
A: Rewards are only available when a Twitch Drops campaign is active. Scheduled campaigns and their conditions can be found on the NBA Twitch Drops website and the steps to getting your Locker Code right here above this FAQ!
Q: How do I claim my Locker Code?
A: Log in with Twitch here to sign in using the same Twitch Account on which you claimed your Drop.
Q: I've claimed it on Twitch, but I haven't gotten my code. What should I do?
A: If you’ve claimed your reward on Twitch but haven’t received your code yet, please visit the NBA Twitch Drops website. You will need to log in using your Twitch credentials to access and retrieve your code.
Q: I watched the right number of hours of NBA 2K Streamers, but I haven't received my code. What's the issue?
A: If you haven’t received your code after watching enough hours of NBA 2K streamers for the current promotion, please check your Twitch inventory to make sure you’ve met all the necessary requirements to qualify for the reward. Keep in mind that not all NBA 2K Twitch streamers will have Drops enabled.
Q: I’ve claimed my reward on the Twitch UI, but my code isn’t displaying. What should I do?
A: After claiming your reward on the Twitch UI, it may take up to 48 hours for your code to appear. If your code still doesn’t display after 48 hours, please contact us so we can look into it.
Q: How do I redeem my Locker Code?
A: In NBA 2K25:
- Go to MyCAREER or MyTEAM from the Main Menu.
- In MyCAREER, select the “Options/Quit” menu while you are in The City / The Neighborhood. In MyTEAM, select the "Market" tab.
- Select “Locker Codes”.
- Enter the Locker Code you want to redeem. Locker Codes are not case-sensitive but be sure to include the hyphens.
In MyNBA2K for iOS & Android:
- Login with the same PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, or Steam account you use in NBA 2K25.
- Select “Locker Code”.
- Enter the Locker Code you want to redeem. Locker Codes are not case-sensitive but be sure to include the hyphens.
Q: My code's having an issue whenever I try to redeem it in-game. What should I do?
A: If you encounter any issues while redeeming your code in-game, please provide us with your Twitch username in a ticket to our Customer Service team with a screenshot or video of the error you're receiving. We'll be happy to investigate this with you!
