We’re aware that some players have been having some issues with their pre-order bonus content being added to their accounts. If you’re encountering this, please make sure that you’ve taken your player through the Prelude completely. This will help ensure you get everything added properly onto your account.
Also: If you bought a physical edition of the game, the bonus content isn’t automatically bundled into the game. Your copy will come with a paper insert with a printed a code and instructions on how to redeem said code to access the bonuses.
