- 22 new playable characters including 5 rookies & sophomores, 16 players on new teams, and 1 new Playgrounder, Ronnie2K!
- 6 courts from the original NBA Playgrounds return including Toronto, Paris, Chicago, and 3 other locations
- 30 new vanity items available in Packs
- 50 new court editor items available in Packs
