We're aware that there might be some confusion regarding the NBA 2K21 Mamba Forever Edition items for players that purchased physical copies of the game. We'd like to help clarify some info on that.
You should have received two codes when you purchased the physical copy of the game:
- A Bonus Content code that contains your digital items as well as NBA 2K21 Standard Edition for the next-gen console
- A Damian Lillard and Zion Williams digital collections code
Some of the confusion might be happening because only the digital collections code was redeemed. You may have only redeemed that code because the Bonus Content code states that it's for PS5 or Xbox Series S. However, that Bonus Content code must be redeemed on your current generation (PS4 or Xbox One) account in order to get the rest of your Mamba Forever Edition goodies while you wait for next-gen to come out!
