We’re currently aware of an ongoing issue of 2K Account emails — including verification emails, password resets, and 2FA codes — not being delivered in a timely manner to Microsoft email domains (such as Outlook, Live, and Hotmail). While our team works on a solution, we have a few workarounds to try out:
For account verification:
- At the bottom of the verification window will be an option, “Change Email Address”, to update your account.
- Use an email not tied to a Microsoft domain (e.g., Gmail or Yahoo).
If you’re unable to change your email:
- Request the 2K email once more and wait for it to arrive. Please note this can take upwards of 6-12 hours, and sending in multiple requests during that time will cause earlier links to expire before they’re delivered.
