The checkered flag has been waved, so the race for Drive Pass 1 and the Year 1 Pass for LEGO 2K Drive is over! If you're using the in-game store, you may see these options for a while yet, but selecting them will come with a redirect and possible error message.
Steam users, if you choose either option, Steam will recognize that the passes have been retired and will redirect you to https://store.steampowered.com/.
Console players are going to see something slightly different - when your PlayStation, Xbox, or Switch tries to take you to the purchase page, you will receive a 404 error because the passes aren't around anymore.
