For a few players that purchased the boxed copy of the NBA 75th Anniversary Edition of NBA 2K22 the inserts in the box may not have had the right goodies and game keys - here's a quick guide to what might be the matter and how to fix it up!
Each NBA 75th Anniversary box should have had two inserts
- Pre-Order Bonus
- NBA 75th Anniversary Content Bundle
In some cases the inserts were labeled backwards - the Pre-Order Bonus insert would give you the NBA 75th Anniversary Content and the Anniversary Content gives you the Pre-Order Bonus. In these cases, once you have redeemed both codes you will have everything you purchased, since it is only a label problem. Nice and easy!
There are small number of boxes where a purchase of one generation of console will give the content insert for the other; A PS5/Xbox Series X|S purchase may give you the Bonus Content intended for the PS4/Xbox One (and vice versa)
If that has happened, you will still get:
- Your 100,000 VC
- Your MyTEAM content
- Your MyCAREER content
But you will not have gotten the alternate-generation version of the game:
- A PS5 purchase does not get the PS4 version
- A PS4 purchase does not get the PS5 version
- An Xbox One purchase does not get the Xbox Series X version
- An Xbox Series X|S purchase does not get the Xbox One version

- Email address associated with your NBA 2K account:
- Proof of Purchase with identifying info (such as your email address) on it:

Some Nintendo Switch purchases of the NBA 75th Anniversary Edition did not award all of the special content the first time the key was used - if you think this might be an issue you are having, try inputting your key a second time. If that does not resolve the issue you will need to send us a support ticket with the same information as the Playstation issue above.
