What should I do if I can’t log in to my account now?
Please contact customer support for assistance. From within the game, on the main menu select Options, select Support, and then select the Account Issues button to reach out for further assistance.
How can I ensure that my login can be used on multiple devices or a new device?
Please switch to one of the following login methods: Twitch, Apple or Google. To do so, from the game’s start screen or the Options menu, simply click on the icon of your preferred method and follow the sign-in flow. Once you are connected, a green checkmark will show and you can then use this login method on another device, too.
What if I want to use Twitch login but don’t have a Twitch account?
After selecting the Twitch Sign In button from within our game, click Sign Up and follow the instructions to create a Twitch account.
I’m having trouble switching my login method.
Try following the steps on this Facebook Help page to manually disconnect NBA 2K Mobile from your Facebook account. Then, try choosing a new login method in-game.

We’re making changes to the login experience of NBA 2K Mobile.
Starting on July 13, 2022, Facebook login will be removed from the game. In its place, we will be adding additional login functionality through Twitch in an app update that arrives June 22.
If you do not use Facebook as a login method, no action is needed. If you do use Facebook login, please consider switching to another method like Apple, Twitch, or Google.
Switching to a new login method is important if you use multiple devices to play the game or want to make sure your save carries over to a new device. Local save data, which is stored each time you play, is contained to only a single device. Login methods like Facebook or Twitch allow you to take that data to other devices.
You can view which login method you use on the game’s start screen or in the Options menu. To switch to a new login method, simply click on the icon of your preferred method and follow the sign-in flow.
A green checkmark is a confirmation that the login works and your account is now connected.
It’s always a good idea to save a screenshot of your Player ID just in case you ever lose access to your account. This way, Customer Support can find your account and restore it easily.

How can I make sure my game progress and card collection are saved?
Your account will be saved as long as you complete the transition to a new login method on your current device. There is a risk of losing an account if you choose to get a new device or wipe your current one, as there’s no way to transfer your account without a login method like Twitch or Apple.
How do I remove my Facebook login?
To manually remove NBA 2K Mobile from your Facebook account via the Facebook website please refer to the Facebook Help page.
I’m receiving an error message while trying to use Facebook login.
Please use another login method instead. If you’re having trouble, please contact customer support.
