Cross Platform Creations not Working

Some players are unable to upload creations to or download creations from others across platforms.

If you’re playing on Xbox, you’ll need to turn on a setting enabled for cross-platform creations to work as intended:

• While on the Xbox Dashboard, open “Settings”
• Select “Account” > “Privacy & Online Safety” > “Xbox Privacy”
• Select “View Details & Customize” < “Sharing outside of Xbox”
• Ensure the “You can share outside of Xbox” option is set to “Allow”
