Elimination Chamber Arena only Available When Creating a Custom PLE

This issue can occur when creating a new Premium Live Event while already on the Elimination Chamber PLE. The best solution is to advance to the next show and try creating a custom PLE again.

This should now be fixed with Patch 10!
