Premium Live Event Show Templates Don’t Use Template’s Corresponding Commentary by Default

It's intended that when creating a new show or editing a default PLE show in Universe using a PLE show template that the show’s commentary is set to general purpose by default. The option is available to change the show’s commentary to the player's preference.
