[Universe] No Championship Match at WrestleMania for Royal Rumble Winner

The Royal Rumble winner in Universe doesn’t get their Championship match at WrestleMania if the PLE is deleted and re-added.
A work around for this is to only edit the PLE rather than deleting it.
