The ‘On Fire Quest’ includes an objective ‘Finish 3 Rounds with a score of 65 or Better - - Casual Matchmaking - Any Official Course’, but with the round limit in Casual Matchmaking being 9 rounds the objective and quest cannot be completed.

If you're still having issues with this quest, you'll need to play Matchmaking > Wagers matches to progress the quest.
After gathering more information we believe we've narrowed down the cause. This is being investigated!
This issue should be resolved as of Patch 8.06.
