[Man of Honor] 'Against All Odds' Achievement Not Awarded If Difficulty Is Switched

'Against All Odds' achievement is not awarded if you switch difficulty and replay the chapter after finishing DLC.

Workaround: Do not switch the difficulty while progressing throughout the 'Against All Odds' achievement.
