[MyCareer] Loss of Functionality When Loading MyPlayer

We've received reports of some players experiencing a loss of functionality when attempting to enter MyCareer on all platforms.
On PlayStation this can result in the error message CE-108255-1
The team is working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible.

This should be fixed as of Hotfix 3.01 which went out this morning (12PM CEST).
