Opponents Don't Get a Chance to Tie Hole in Ranked Matchmaking

When playing a Ranked Matchmaking game, the player(s) who are spectating will not get a chance to tie the hole after the other player/team finishes the hole.

    This issue was resolved in Patch 11.
