Custom Entrances Default to One Pyro Type

When creating a Custom Entrance, the first pyro added in the timeline will override any other pyro in the Entrance.
This includes both pyrotechnics that were already in the Entrance template (the pyro Cody in Rhodes’ Entrance for example) and other pyro options added in the timeline.
