Player floats over the ball when playing in MyCAREER, Matchmaking and Quick Play Online

Players will appear in mid-air when playing in MyCAREER, Matchmaking and Quick Play Online and this usually happens to users using DirectX12 on their PC device.

Workaround: reinstalling the game title and launching on DX11
