[PC] Inconsistent/Missing Button Mapping for Mouse & Keyboard

Follow Shot and Fast Positioning don’t trigger when selecting the buttons shown in the UI.
The only current workaround is to switch to using a controller where button mapping is working as intended.

This is now fixed with Patch 9
This is planned for a fix in a future update.
