[Epic] Unable to Save or Load Files While Offline

Players can encounter various save-related issues when running XCOM 2 Epic while Offline.

• Saves missing after being created
• Failure when attempting to save
• The intro video is unskippable when starting a new game
• The tutorial hanging on a black screen

Workaround: Run the game with an active internet connection with the Epic Launcher in Online mode
