There’s an issue in Create a Superstar where the Ear Placement Forward/Back Slider and Earlobe Alignment Slider cause their respective effects to go in opposite directions rather than the same.
In other words, one ear will go forward and the other will go back in Placement and the same will happen to the character’s earlobes in Alignment.
