Right Joystick Does Not Move Camera When Using an Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S Controller

When using an Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S controller, the right joystick will not move the camera during gameplay. This issue occurs in both multiplayer and single-player game modes. 

Workaround: Use an alternate brand or a different type of controller in the meantime.
