[PS5] Network Error Message for Players in the Netherlands and Czechia

Online-specific modes (Online Lobbies, Community Creations, MyFaction) are prompting a network error message that states “A network error has occurred. Please check your network cables and configuration and try again.” The team is investigating the source of the outage. We’ll follow up as soon as we have additional information.
For player in regions other than the Netherlands and Czechia receiving this error message, please submit a ticket and agents can help run through network troubleshooting to rule out any setup or internet service provider causes.

The source of not being able to connect for some players in these regions appears to be identified as outside of WWE 2K24 and its servers. Relevant parties are aware and have been asked to resolve.
The team believes they’ve narrowed this to only affecting players on PS5, and have ruled out a good number of potential causes, but have yet to identify the source. For players (in the Netherlands or Czechia) who have yet to submit a ticket with us for this issue, please do so and let us know which internet service provider (ISP) you’re using. If we’re able to identify any new patterns, it will enhance our ability to squash this once and for all.
