Stuck on the Turnbuckle or Stuck Holding Weapon

The player’s Superstar may get stuck on top of the turnbuckle or stuck holding a weapon, such as a ladder. This is caused by repeatedly pressing the LB/L1 when attempting to climb or pick up a weapon.
