Unable to Connect to Online Services in India

We are aware of increased reports form players in India who cannot access any online services or game modes on TopSpin 2K25. This also affects the linking of 2K Accounts.

This doesn't appear to be specific to any one region or service provider.

Workaround: Try using a different connection, such as one from a mobile hotspot. This is just a temporary workaround and we will continue to investigate this on our end.
