Challenges: Progress is Incorrectly Tracked in Royal Portrush Map

Challenge progress on the Royal Portrush map is incorrectly tracked. For example, a player can complete 3/3 challenges, but the UI will show 0/0 complete. Progress and rewards are still given as expected, this is a visual bug only.
