Unassigned Controller Schematics/Keybinds When Playing on Linux/Steam Deck

Players are reporting the inability to adjust or select control schemes when playing the game on a Linux operating system, such as a Steam Deck. 

Workaround: Using Proton 9.0-4 Compatibility should re-enable control schematics in the meantime.
