This issue occurs when players try to enter any option under Community Creations. Currently, this issue is only affecting Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

This issue is impacting some Xbox accounts, but not all. While not a perfect solution, creating a brand new Gamertag should allow you to play while a permanent fix is being investigated. I'll share more details as they become available.
